Where do you ship?
We currently ship to several countries, including Europe, North America, South Africa, and Australia.
What are the delivery times?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Average delivery time is 5 to 8 business days depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards via our secure Shopify Payments system.
Can I return or exchange a swimsuit?
For hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted if the item has never been worn, is in its original packaging, and has all tags intact.

Return & Refund Policy
We hope you love your Maison Mirra purchase. However, if you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policyfrom the date of delivery.
Return Conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Hygiene seals and tags must be intact.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us to check availability.
Damaged or faulty items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days of receiving it with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
